Forecasting the future of the stock market is a difficult task. Many advisors never attempt this, because they are convinced they cannot succeed. However, research shows our discipline adds value. Our discipline defines the risk level in the market by examining the value, neglect, and the level of insider ("Smart Money") confidence in the market.

We use proprietary risk factors to accomplish this. Most of these were developed using our own computer programs, a statistical process which began in the 1960's.

Experience has taught us to look for multiple factors with a high degree of accuracy, because no single indicator is 100 percent accurate. In addition, we continually seek new indicators and frequently test and modify existing ones.
