Jeff Battles, MSIN, CMFC,
Joined James Investment Research in August 03 as Director of Marketing. He draws on 26 years of experience in the financial services industry.
After graduating from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, Jeff began his career as a stockbroker, eventually rising to NYSE branch manager, regional sales manager, chief compliance officer and registered investment advisor. Switching to the bank channel, he directed the Washington, D.C. division of a national bank securities program as a supervisory principal, and most recently created national press opportunities for mutual fund executives.
Jeff has served as an NASD industry arbitrator since 1989 and earned his M.S. degree in information management from Marymount University, Arlington VA, in 1999.
